All orders are made to order and processed before shipment.
Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and production. Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Packages marked as delivered but reported lost or stolen are not the responsibility of our store.
